This 1938 Recording King Jumbo is a beautifully worn vintage guitar with a big, warm, and resonant voice. It has been well played and shows the character of a guitar with a long history, while remaining structurally stable and playing, feeling, and sounding great. It has had some extensive repair work over the years, including purfling and binding repair on the lower bout, a neck reset, refret, back brace replacement, back crack repair, and nut repair and setup.
