About this guitar
This is a 2021 Pensa MK II+, currently in stock at Carter Vintage Guitars in Nashville, Tennessee and listed at $11,000. The shop is always the source of truth for price, condition, and availability — confirm details with them before you make the drive.
The Pensa MK II+ is a modern take on the carved-top double-cut design, combining familiar proportions with the high-end construction from Rudy Pensa. This 2021 example pairs a Mahogany body with a figured Maple top, while the Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard give the guitar a clean, traditional combination. The Sunburst finish brings out the figuring in the top without overwhelming the understated shape. It’s a refined small-shop instrument with a distinctive look and a well-considered approach to the classic electric guitar format. Includes OHSC.
