This 2021 Kevin Ryan Paradiso Grand Concert is one of those guitars that reminds you why a truly exceptional instrument is so much more than wood and strings. Kevin Ryan is a remarkable luthier and builder, known for bringing an extraordinary level of artistry, precision, and thoughtfulness to his work, and this guitar is a beautiful reflection of that talent. In like-new condition with a gorgeous natural finish, it pairs an Engelmann spruce top with Brazilian rosewood back and sides, creating a voice that is rich, warm, and wonderfully expressive, with sparkling highs, deep, resonant lows, and a clarity that lets every note breathe. There is a beautiful openness and responsiveness to a guitar like this, the kind that draws you in and makes you want to keep playing. The Honduran mahogany neck, Cameroon ebony fingerboard and bridge, and Super 510 tuners bearing Kevin’s logo speak to the care behind the build, while the Macassar ebony binding and purfling accented with blue paua abalone add a touch of understated elegance. What makes Kevin’s work so special is the balance between technical mastery and artistic vision; nothing feels accidental, and every detail contributes to the character of the instrument. This Paradiso is a wonderful example of his craftsmanship, with a voice, feel, and beauty that make it genuinely special. For someone who appreciates fine guitars and the artistry of the person who builds them, this is an instrument to be enjoyed, cherished, and played for years to come. Comes with Calton case ("Ryan" stamped)
