This 2011/2024 parts Stratocaster in Black pairs two serious pieces of Fender Custom Shop pedigree: a 2011 Eric Clapton Signature body. Select alder, built to Clapton's own spec with the blocked American Vintage tremolo that made his expressive vibrato possible, with a 2024 Custom Shop bound-neck maple neck, a genuinely rare feature that adds a distinctive binding detail you don't see on a standard Strat neck. It's a well-considered parts build rather than a mismatched mashup: both pieces come from the same premium tier, so the fit, feel, and finish quality are consistent throughout. You're getting Clapton's signature tone platform paired with a visually striking, harder-to-find neck spec, all in classic black. For a player who wants Custom Shop quality with a bit of individual character rather than an off-the-rack signature model, this is a great option. Includes HSC.
