From Carter Vintage Guitars

The 1975 Gibson L6S is a unique and innovative electric guitar, marking a departure from Gibson's traditional designs. Introduced in the mid-1970s, the L6S was Gibson's response to the growing popularity of versatile solid-body guitars. It features a single-cutaway design with a sleek, contoured body, often made of maple, providing a bright and clear tone. This guitar in particular was owned by Matthew Followill, of the band Kings of Leon. Despite seeing a heavy amount of playing time, the guitar has held up well, and has light surface scratches along with a 3-inch abrasion on the lower bout, near the output jack. The setup and playability feel great, as the guitar has been professionally refretted at some point. The original strap buttons have been changed as well. It comes with the original Gibson hard case.
