About this guitar

This 1972 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe is an early example of the model’s return to the Les Paul lineup, pairing the classic Goldtop finish with the smaller Mini-Humbuckers introduced for the Deluxe. The guitar has replacement tuners, while the original ABR-1 bridge has collapsed slightly in the center. The neck also has a warp and twist that will require a full refret and fingerboard planing to correct, and these issues currently cause the guitar to fret out above the 9th fret. It is being sold As-Is with the repairs left to the next owner, who can address the neck and bridge as desired to bring the guitar back to its optimal playing condition. Includes OHSC.
